03/Applications

Where rehearsal earns its place.

The discipline holds across settings. Model the place and the plan, run it against pressure, surface what was invisible on paper. The scenarios below are composites, written to show the shape of the work. We publish no real clients, places or events.

01/Protective

Advance and delegation visits.

Rehearse the advance before the principal arrives. We model arrivals, transfers, holds and routes as abstract geometry, then run the plan against the perturbations an advance team prepares for, and the ones it cannot.

Scenario sketch. Anonymised.

A multi-stop visit with three transfers. Rehearsal finds a forty-second exposure window at the second transfer that opens only when an earlier stop runs late. It is invisible on the static plan and recurs across a third of runs.

02/Major events

Event security and crowd plans.

Stress-test a crowd plan against surge, weather, incident and diversion. We fill a synthetic venue with tens of thousands of crowd and staff agents, then watch where flow narrows and where the plan needs everything to go right at once.

Scenario sketch. Anonymised.

A staged-entry venue. Under a simulated late surge, two approved lanes converge into one chokepoint. The steward plan holds until a single post is pulled to an incident, and queue time triples.

03/Critical facilities

Facility and infrastructure drills.

Rehearse the response plan without standing the facility down. We model the site and the procedure, then introduce comms loss, access failure and cascading faults to find where the drill diverges from the document.

Scenario sketch. Anonymised.

A controlled-access site running a lockdown procedure. Rehearsal shows the muster plan depends on a comms channel that the same incident is most likely to take offline, a single point of failure inside the sequence itself.

04/Training

Exercise and training design.

Use rehearsal to design sharper exercises. We shape the injects, the timings and the failure conditions so a tabletop or live drill tests what matters, and so the lessons repeat rather than arrive by accident.

Scenario sketch. Anonymised.

A recurring annual exercise. Rehearsal identifies the three injects that produce the most decision pressure for the least staging cost, letting a half-day tabletop carry the weight of a full live drill.

A note on the sketches

These are composites, written to show the shape of the work. They are not records of engagements. We display no real venues, routes, events or principals, and we do not discuss past clients. Discretion is part of the product.
