The principal stays out of view, and so does the team. We publish no named bios and no headshots. The discretion we offer clients starts with the discretion we keep about ourselves.
What we can tell you, we tell you in private, under the same terms we apply to your work. The four standards below are the part we say out loud.
01/Senior
Judgement is not delegated down a ladder.
The people who model your plan are the people who have carried plans. No junior tier does the real work behind a senior name. The judgement you pay for is the judgement that does the work.
02/Small
Depth and discretion do not survive scale.
We take few engagements at once, by design. We would rather hold a short list of clients closely than a long one loosely, and we do not chase growth that would cost us either.
03/Per request
Built by hand, one question at a time.
There is no self-serve platform. The simulation runs at machine scale, across tens of thousands of agents, but a senior person scopes it, reads it and stands behind every finding. Each engagement is built by hand for one client and one question.
04/Restrained
We make no claims we cannot stand behind.
We model, we rehearse, we surface vulnerabilities, we support decisions. We do not promise outcomes. The restraint is accuracy, and saying so plainly is part of doing the work well.

Anteact joins two words. Ante, before. Act, to do. To act before the act, and to run the operation in private before it is run for real.
It fits work that is, in the end, structured imagination: the rehearsal that comes before the moment, so the moment holds nothing you have not already met.
